Instagram will give you a zip of your activity. This page opens it in the browser and walks through likes, stories, and DMs. Defaults to the last 12 months. No login. JSON only.

Your data download is not a password. Sites that ask you to log into Instagram for a “wrapped” are doing something else. This one only accepts the zip Meta emails you.
